8,000 Marriages on a Single Day
This had a ripple effect on the demand for marriage halls, catering firms and travel companies not to mention the need marriage-related goods and services. While the function halls have started charging on hourly basis, the catering services have jacked-up the prices.
Several places in the city where the concentration of function halls is more are expected to witness massive crowds and traffic jams. These places include Abids, Mahdipatnam, Ameerpet, Panjagutta, Miyapur, Chandanagar and Sikh Village among others.
