65 kg Marijuana seized, four arrested
Rajahmundry: Police have seized 65-kgs of Marijuana, being illegally transported via Veeravaram village of East Godavari District on Monday. Four motorists were inspected by the police and were found to be smuggling Marijuana.
Worth of the seized Marijuana is said to be Rs.2.60 lakh. All the four smugglers were arrested and indentified as Rajput Singh of Nizamabad, Sivaramakrishna of Kottapalli , Prem Chand of Veeravaram and Raju of Madhavarmpadu.
