3-Month-Old Baby Brutally Killed in Uppal

Hyderabad: In yet another ghastly incident, unidentified assailants brutally killed a three-month-old baby, decapitated the head and threw it on the terrace of a building at Chilkanagar under Uppal police limits in the city on Thursday.
The owner of the house, Hanumanthu, spotted the baby's head on his terrace this morning and alerted the police.
Additional CP Tharun Joshi, Malkajgiri DCP Umamaheswara Sarma visited the spot and launched a detailed probe into the incident. However, the identity of the baby is yet to be known. The police are verifying CCTV footage in the surrounding colonies to secure clues.
As many as six horrifying murders in the past 48 hours have rattled Hyderabad and is posing a challenge to the city police.
