3 Dead, 35 Injured in Chittoor Road Accident

Chittoor: Three passengers died and 35 others sustained grievous injuries when a lorry collided with a private bus at Mogalighat in Bangarupalyam mandal in the early hours of Sunday.

The bus belonging to Jabbar Travels was travelling from Bengaluru to Chennai when the accident took place. Ten of the injured are said to be in critical condition when they were shifted to local hospitals. Further details on the cause of the accident are awaited.
