23 AAP MLAs face criminal cases
Despite all its moralistic postures, at least 23 of the 67 AAP MLAs have criminal cases against them.
This effectively means that one third of AAP MLAs have cases against them. One of the three BJP MLAs has declared that he has a criminal case pending against him.
Based on the affidavits filed by the Association for Democratic Reforms, a large number of the MLAs have criminal cases pending against them. AAP, which calls for clean, corruption free and crime free politics, too has a large number of MLAs with criminal cases.
