2014 AP elections to be postponed?

The political circles are abuzz with reports that 2014 Andhra elections will be delayed in view of the Telangana issue in Andhra Pradesh.

Several reports suggest that Centre is planning to postpone the elections till the bifurcation process runs its course.
The Bill will be in State Assembly till January end as President Mukherjee has given six weeks time for deliberations on the bill. It will then be send to Parliament and will take at least a month's time for notification.
Political observers believe that Centre is not ready to face elections in the Samaikyandhra state. Thus, it will delay the elections till the Telangana process completed.
Yet other buzz is that even if the bill is passed in both the houses, ensuing 2014 elections will take place in United Andhra state, as the President will take at least two months' time to announce state formation day.
