2 Boys Drink Acid By Mistake, Critical

Hyderabad: Two boys from Bhongir were admitted in a hospital on Thursday after they drank acid thinking it as water.
According to the reports, Saidulu and his wife Mamatha are living in Mothkuru mandal in Bhongir with their three children. Their elder son Sagar is studying Class 2 in Sacred Heart School in the district. Saidulu and Mamatha's mother Yellamma are also working in the same school as a bus driver and aaya respectively.
On Thursday Yellamma cleaned the washrooms with acid and she kept the acid near the water bottles. The elder grandson Sagar and the younger Manikanta took the acid bottle and drank it thinking that it was water. As their health started deteriorating, the children were immediately shifted to hospital where the doctors stated the condition is critical.
However, the school principal Joseph said that the boy Manikanta came to the school to visit his grandmother and he does not belong to the school.
