32-Year-Old Farmer Dies Of Electrocution

Wargal (Medak): In a tragic incident, a 32-year-old farmer died when he came into contact with live wire at his field. The incident occurred on Monday morning at Nacharam village of Wargal mandal in Medak district. According to the police, the deceased is identified as Ramesh (32). The victim was working in his field when the incident occurred.

His mother in-law Subhadra, who tried to save Ramesh, also suffered injuries due to the electrocution.

However, she escaped with injuries while Ramesh died while being shifted to hospital. The police said that Ramesh suffered electric shock when he came into contact with the live wire while he about to switch off the borewell motor.

A case under accidental death has been registered and investigation is on.
