2 Cancer Patients Die Due To Delay In CM’s Relief Fund

Hyderabad: Two persons battling with cancer succumbed to the ailment as they could not receive financial aid from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) on time. Majlis Bachao Tehreek leader Amjedullah Khan said that Mohd Amer, a home guard died on Thursday before the help came from the CMRF.

Earlier, an MBA student Mirza Ahmed Baig of Musheerabad had similar fate and died of mouth cancer. Khan further said that had they received financial assistance on time their lives would have been saved. He asked the government to speed up the process as these are emergency cases.
