YSRCP Is A Farmer-friendly Party: Bhumana
Seethanagaram (East Godavari): YSR Congress Party General Secretary Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said that his party would stand by the farmers in the state, if elected to power. Speaking to party workers in a meeting organised at Antipeta in the mandal, under the leadership of constituency incharge Alajangi Joga Rao, the YSRCP leader said that there is a serious need to take a look at Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government's wrongdoings. The government has completely ignored the interests of the local sugarcane farmers, Karunakar Reddy said. YSRCP will always strive for the welfare of farmers, backward classes and daily wage labourers, he added.
YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took up Praja Sankalpa Yatra with an intention to infuse faith into people of the state. YSRCP district political affairs coordinator Majji Srinivasa Rao said that he had requested collector Harijawar Lal to ensure the pending bills of sugarcane farmers were cleared.
If the government doesn't clear the Rs 12 crore worth sugarcane bills by July 09, YSRCP will stage a protest along with the farmers in front of Parvatipuram RDO Ofiice, Srinivasa Rao warned.

Araku Parliamentary constituency party president Shathrucharla Parikshith Raju praised Leader of the Opposition in Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for his unending fight for the welfare of the state.
During the meeting, Seethanagaram former ZPTC member Ambati Krishnam Naidu, Sumithrapuram sarpanch Arasada Ammadamma, Panukupeta former sarpanch Bankuru Lakshmi, Sumitrapuram deputy sarpanch M Ganesh, Rangampeta deputy sarpanch Shanapathi Tirupati Rao and Rangampeta TDP farmer committee President Bongu Bhaskar Rao joined YSRCP from the TDP. YSRCP Youth Wing state secretary Avanaapu Vijay, ZP former chairman Vaakada Nageshwar Rao, party senior leader Jammana Prasanna Kumar, Garbapu Udayabhanu, party mandal convenor Pola Eshwara Narayana, Bonu Rami Naidu, councillors Manthri Ravikumar, Dwarapureddy Srinivas Reddy, Kondapalli Balakrishna, B. Thammi Naidu and RV Parthasarathi were present at the meeting.
Bobbili: Addressing a meeting organised in the party regional office here, YSRCP central committee member Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said, "Our leader YS Jagan is continuously working for the people of the state. Let us join him to work in the direction of victory in the upcoming elections." Party leaders Vasireddy Varada Rama Rao, Vakada Nageshwara Rao, Shatrucharla Parikshith Raju and Jammana Prasanna Kumar also took part in the meeting.
