SPY-movie-review - Sakshi Post

Young actor Nikhil Siddharth promoted his upcoming movie SPY across the country. Finally, SPY has hit the screens today. The film is directed by Garry BH. Who wouldn't want to watch Nikhil's movie? If you are planning to watch SPY, here's our review.

Plot: Nikhil (Jai) works as a Raw Agent in Sri Lanka. Jai will be on a mission to find out about terrorist Khadir Khan's activities. Khadir Khan makes the people believe that he got killed and they send a video to the prime minister's office. Jai will be assigned the mission to ban Kaadir. Jai's only mission is to find out who killed his brother Subhash ( Aryan Rajesh) who died in a five-year mission. How Jai will crack the mystery? What he knows during the process forms the story.

Performance: Nikhil gives a decent performance as Jai in SPY. There is nothing new in him, it is a regular performance by him. Iswarya Menon got good screen space, she did justice to her character. Aryan Rajesh, and Marakand Deshpande, equally performed well in their characters.

Thumbs Up:

Nikhil's performance
BGM
Cinematography
Action choreography

Minus Points:

There is a flat narration in the second half
The story is very weak.
The dialogues are not understandable.

Verdict: SPY is a decent entertainer, and will surely entertain you all. Watch it with low expectations.
