Tollywood Actress Faces Online Abuse Over IPL Team Preference

Tollywood actress Chandini Chowdary, known for her role in the film "Colour Photo," recently faced online abuse after expressing her opinion about her favourite IPL team. During an interview, a journalist asked Chowdary which IPL team she supported. The actress candidly replied that she wanted to watch a live match before deciding on a favourite team. Since there is no IPL team from Andhra Pradesh, where she is from, Chowdary has not yet picked a team to support.

The journalist attempted to suggest that Chowdary could support the Hyderabad team, but she politely declined, stating, "I am a girl from Andhra, and we don't have a team." This straightforward and honest response triggered a wave of online abuse directed at the actress.

Some individuals online started relentlessly hurling insults and using harsh language towards Chowdary, criticizing her for earning a living in Hyderabad without supporting the local team.
