Big Blow To Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram!

 - Sakshi Post

As Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan gears up to contest from the Pithapuram constituency, his party suffered a major blow as Manikeedi Sheshakumari, the former in-charge of the Jana Sena Party joined the YSRCP. She had contested from the Pithapuram assembly constituency on behalf of the Jana Sena party in the 2019 elections and was actively involved in the party's activities. Her shift to YSRCP could impact Jana Sena's strength and influence in the region. It comes at a time when Pawan Kalyan and Jana Sena are trying to hold on to important members before the upcoming elections.

On Wednesday, Sheshakumari joined the ruling party in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the CM camp office in Tadepalli.  The event was attended by several key figures of the YSRCP party including regional co-ordinator P.V. Mithun Reddy and the Pithapuram assembly constituency coordinator Vanga Geetha.

Speaking to the media, Sheshakumari expressed her discontent with the Jana Sena Party. "Pawan's party doesn't fulfill any promises. People don't trust him. Jana Sena lacks clear plans. Pawan doesn't understand Pithapuram people's feelings. He doesn't match up to CM Jagan. CM Jagan operates at a much higher level. Pawan's ideas are only in public speeches. In reality, nothing ever gets accomplished," she said.

Hailing from Kakinada, Makineedi Seshakumari has been actively involved in the political landscape of Andhra Pradesh. Her shift to YSRCP marks a significant move in the region's political dynamics.
