Shock To Janasena In Godavari District

In a major jolt to the beleaguered Janasena party, Meda Gurudatta Prasad, former in-charge of Jana Sena for Rajanagaram in East Godavari district, joined YSRCP in the presence of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the CM camp office in Amaravati on Friday.

Rajanagaram Jana Sena leaders Mandapaka Sreenu, Adabala Satyanarayana, Vaddi Chinna, Nagavarapu Bhanusankar, Vallepalli Rajesh and Chonga Manikanta also joined  YSRCP along with Gurudatta Prasad. This is close on the heels of Janasena and TDP's alliance. At the same time, CM YS Jagan's welfare schemes and pro-poor activities are one of the major reasons for influencing several leaders to join the ruling YSRCP.

In several districts, TDP and Janasena leaders are not happy with the poll tie-up. Leaders and party cadres in both the respective parties are not finding it easy.

Meanwhile, BC Welfare Minister Ch Srinivasa Venugopala Krishna and Rajanagaram MLA Jakkampudi Raja were also present.
