Days before the IPL 2018 Qualifier II between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Friday, a promo video, that featured finalists Chennai Super Kings (CSK) playing KKR in the IPL Final, made by Hotstar went viral. Much to the surprise of many, the video led to widespread questions of match fixing in the lucrative IPL, given its history of spot-fixing and corruption charges involving the Dhoni-led team.

However, a new video that is circulating in social media cleared all the doubts of fixing in IPL 2018 Final. The video features SRH playing against CSK in the IPL 2018 Trophy. It is learnt that Hotstar made two different promo videos for the Final, one featuring KKR as the finalists and the other had SRH as the final contenders of IPL 2018.
