Anasuya Cameo In YSR Biopic
Anasuya Bharadwaj, who garnered critical acclaim as Rangammatha in Rangsthalam is again eyeing a key role in a political movie being shot on a large scale. It is learnt that the Jabardasth anchor has been roped in to play a cameo in the biopic of late politician Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy titled Yatra. Yatra chronicles the life of YSR's political journey and his meteoric rise to becoming chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state twice before bifurcation.
It has already known that Malayalam actor Mammootty is essaying the role of the late Andhra Pradesh chief minister. And now, the latest we hear is that anchor Anasuya is believed to have been roped in for the role of a woman leader from Kurnool district.
Anasuya's last outcome Rangasthalam had showcased her as a village sarpanch which is a stepping stone for any political leader. As Yatra is completely a political drama, Anasuya will be seen as awoman politician, which is going to be a challenging role for the small screen beauty.
