Roja Moves High Court Against TDP MLA Over Obscene Comments

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MLA RK Roja approached the Hyderabad High Court direct the Andhra Pradesh police to book Penamaluru TDP MLA Bode Prasad in a case. On July 14, the YSRCP MLA filed a complaint with Penamaluru police against Bode Prasad for making abusive comments against her.

Following the TDP MLA's derogatory comments, the YSRCP leaders strongly demanded a legal action. Although Roja complained to the police last month, an FIR has not been registered yet. Further to her complaint with the Penamaluru police, Roja approached the High Court for justice.
